We ONLY sell authentic products. Rest assured that all items are inspected by our knowledgeable staff prior to shipping to assure that they are 100% authentic and in brand new condition. THENYMALL.COM uses PayPal to accept and securely process all payments. Customers who do not have a PayPal account will be prompted to create one upon check out. If you choose not to create an account there is an option to pay through Pay Pal without signing up. For more information on PayPal and their security features, please visit www.PayPal.com. At no time during checkout with PayPal will www.TheNYMall.Com have access to your personal credit card information.

No. At this time THENYMALL.COM does not currently have a physical retail location.

6.)  What is the return/exchange policy for WWW.THENYMALL.COM ?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of products in unworn, brand new condition. Shoes must be returned in original condition (unworn) and in the original box with any accessories that were shipped with the shoes. All returns and exchanges must be requested through email and approved within 7 days of delivery to your residence. At that time we will provide detailed instructions on how to return your purchase to us. The return/exchange must be postmarked no later than 7 days after your request was approved. Once we receive the item(s) back from you we will either ship your exchange item or refund your payment to your account (minus shipping costs). The buyer pays for shipping back to WWW.THENYMALL.COM in original condition and packaging. For international returns; customers will receive a refund at the currency exchange rate at the time of refund, which may not be the same as at the time of purchase.

If you choose to exchange your purchase for a different item please contact us at TheNYMall@Yahoo.Com for details. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to WWW.THENYMALL.COM with a $10 money order for shipping the new item (do not send cash or personal checks). 8.)  Shipping Information
WWW.THENYMALL.COM ships via Fedex. We will ship products domestically and internationally (shipping rates will vary, see below). Shipping to APO’s is available via the USPS.

If you are new customer to THENYMALL.COM your billing address must match your shipping address. If your billing and shipping addresses do not match to your PayPal verified shipping address your order will be declined. 9.)  Shipping/Processing Times
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please all 3 business days from the time your order is approved to receive confirmation that your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you as soon as possible if there will be any delay in your shipping.
